Along with e-commerce fraud, phone scams, investment scams etc, romance scams remain among the most common financial scams in Malaysia. As part of our advocacy program, SICB organized this Romance Scam Forum at Asia Pacific University on 29/3/2023. 3 credible speakers, Inspector Farhan, (Police DiRaja Malaysia), Dr Victor Goh (HELP university Psychologist and Head of Department of Psychology) and Nada Abbas (student representative from APU) were invited as our panel speakers in this interesting session.
