Voting for Special Resolutions
Proposed Special Resolutions to change Federation and Club Constitutions.
Electronic voting will open on Monday 10 May and close at 12.45 pm AEST during the Federation Virtual AGM which will begin on Sunday 16 May at noon AEST.
The voting link will be sent to the registered Club Delegate or Proxy Delegate provided that the club is financial. It is really essential that all clubs register a delegate or proxy delegate for the AGM.
Annual General Meeting 16 May 2021 Links
All Delegates and Proxy Delegates will be sent a link on Monday 10 May 2021, which will enable you to access the VERO platform and start voting.
All Delegates and Proxy Delegates are encouraged to log onto the platform before the AGM to familiarise yourself with it. All of the documents for the AGM will also be uploaded to different tabs on the platform so that they accessible for you in one place.
The VERO platform is the same platform that you will log into to join the AGM. Please check your spam folders if you do not receive this email.
Silent Observers will be sent a different link to the VERO platform for you to join the AGM.
The Board of Directors will be sent your individual links from SWP.
There will also be two polls during the AGM

2. To ascertain Club views on club membership numbers required by the Constitution and whether this should be reduced from 15 to a lower number.
Audit and Financial Statements
These have been distributed along with the Treasurer's Comments and Explanations.
Questions for the Auditor must be in writing and received by Wednesday 12 May.

Interim Board Meeting 15'16 May 2021
Only members who complete the Silent Observers form will be allowed to attend these meeting sessions. You will be sent your individual link from SWP for Saturday's three sessions (12 noon ' 7.00 pm AEST) and another link for the Sunday afternoon session (4.00 pm to 6.00 pm).
Federation Board Members will be sent your individual link from SWP for IBM and do not need to register.
You will be sent two links to attend the IBM.
Best Practice Awards and Programme of Service Meeting
