For over 20 years Soroptimist International Beenleigh have been providing food hampers at Christmas time to families, single persons, single parents with families. These food hampers are valued and provide necessary food items at a time when budgets are stretched. The smiles on the people receiving these gifts show how much these are valued. As Soroptimist Beenleigh have been gifting food hampers over such a long time, many organisations and people know of this and this year the list of people requesting food hampers due to the rising cost of living has increased beyond what we as a organisation can provide via the funds we have raised during the year. If you can spare $20.00 it would mean feeding a family for several days.
