Nomination & Election Process

Nominations are invited for the position of Federation President-Elect 2026-2028. The successful candidate will automatically become Federation President for the 2028-2030 Biennium.
Completed nominations must be sent to Federation Secretary/Returning officer federationsecretary@siseap.org and SISEAP HQ hq@siseap.org by 27 March 2025 5pm AEDT

The list shown below in alphabetical order was extracted from the SISEAP Database and comprises those members who have completed at least two (2) years of service during the past 8 years.  However, they may not meet all the criteria requirements. (Note this list excludes those who have already declined to nominate):

All those eligible to stand for election for the position of Federation President-Elect for the 2026-2028 Biennium have been emailed by the Federation Secretary on 25 January.

Eligibility Criteria for President-Elect Position

  • Have served as a President of her club or region
  • Have served as a member on the Federation Board, Federation Officer, Committee Convenor, Assistant Convenor, National Representative/ President for two years within the past eight years
  • Be an active member

27 March 2025                      Nominations close at 5pm AEDT to Federation

                                                 Secretary and HQ Officer

1 April 2025                           Result announced if only one nomination received

                                                 Nominations and CVs for Federation President-Elect position emailed to clubs and uploaded to the website

14 May 2025                           Electronic voting begins if required

29 May 2025                           Electronic voting closes at midnight AEST

1 June 2025                            Result of election emailed to members

Federation Fees 2025

A reminder for Clubs who have not taken advantage of the Early Payment Discount that the final due date to pay full fees to HQ is 28 February 2025.
