Anthea is an experienced chief executive / management consultant / company director who has worked internationally in healthcare in leadership development, strategic planning, change management and quality improvement. In international settings she facilitated Masterclasses for senior clinicians and health managers from throughout Australasia, Canada and the United Kingdom. In addition she has organised and facilitated within the community learning experiences and events.
Anthea values the fellowship and the mission that drives Soroptimism and enjoys working with fellow members to achieve projects and advocacy that benefit women and girls. She is looking forward to working with the new board to continue the way forward for this Federation.
Since re-joining in 2018 she has been a member of the Executive Committee and is currently the President of the North Canterbury Club. During 2021 she was involved nationally in the New Zealand National Membership Committee and facilitated their strategic plan plus she has developed and facilitated a national leadership programme that is being re-offered later in 2022.
